In 2012, the actual use of foreign capital in Guizhou exceeded $1 billion, reaching $1.05 billion, an increase of 55 percent year-on-year, reported the Guizhou Provincial Department of Commerce Work Conference.
The development zones of Guizhou province have been built with standard factories spanning 6.3 million square meters. The province has attracted 71 Chinese and foreign enterprises which rank amongst the world's top 500 or China’ top 500.
The Guizhou Provincial Department of Commerce will continue the "1051" project and endeavor to ensure the actual use of foreign capital exceeds $2 billion in 2013.
