It is located at bridgehead of Wenhui Bridge in the southern bank of Liujiang River, east of Jiahe Road.

The name is a collective term for the Jiahe Mountain and its cultural landscape - Small Land of Peach Blossoms. It looks Dongtai Mountain in the east and is adjacent to Pingshan Avenue in the south.

At its western side situates Riverside Park and to the south Liujiang River. It is 185 meters above sea level and 95 meters in relative altitude. The mountain is bestowed with lovely scenery, fine vegetation and fantastic caves. Some of the attractions or historical remains of Liuzhou city since it was founded are set here such as "Jiahe Qinglan" – one of Liuzhou Eight Ancient Sceneries, “Jiahe Academy” – the first academy of classical learning in Guangxi.
