A delegation led by Huang Xiuhong, president of Pengrun Holding Group, paid a visit to Pingtan in South China's Fujian province on Nov 4.

The delegation toured the Pingtan Planning Pavilion, to learn of the comprehensive city planning and the related construction projects in Pingtan.

Afterwards, they took a boat to Dalian town for the field trip. Dalian town, located in the northeast of Pingtan, is composed of Dalian Island, Xiaolian Island and a scattered 60 reefs. On Dalian Island, the delegation was completely enchanted by its primitive and tranquil landscapes.

Huang Xiuhong was deeply impressed by Dalian town's fabulous ecological environment. She said Pengrun shall actively probe into the possibility of cooperation with Pingtan.

Zhang Zhaomin, Party chief of Pingtan Comprehensive Pilot Zone, said the current priority for the Dalian town government is to protect the ecological environment. The tourism industry is still one of the pivotal industries Pingtan is focusing on. Pengrun is welcomed to conduct business in the city.
