The Pingtan branch of the Postal Savings Bank of China (PSBC) has been supportive of startups by young entrepreneurs in Pingtan.

As of the end of April this year, the bank has issued 3,307 loans with a total value of 225.79 million yuan ($36.8 million) through the youth venture program, a loan business launched by the bank in 2009 through a cooperation agreement with the Youth League Pingtan Committee.
