Fujian 'basically happy' with its hospitals

Provincial health authorities announced on March 19 that the hospitals across Fujian scored 79.2 out of a possible 100 points for their performance last year, based on a telephone survey of 203 secondary or higher hospitals, and that this shows people are basically content with the service.

The agency survey was commissioned by the Fujian Health and Family Planning Commission, which, according to its deputy director, Chen Xiaochun, has urged any hospital that had negative feedback to clean up its problems and improve service.
