Executive Vice Governor Zhang Zhinan

Zhang Zhinan, born in October 1960, is a male of Han ethnicity from Longyan, Fujian province. He entered the workforce in August 1981 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in May 1979. He graduated from Party School of the Central Committee of CPC and holds a master's degree.

He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee, executive vice governor of Fujian province, deputy secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the People's Government of Fujian Province.
