A delegation from the Prime Minister of Singapore's office visited Fuzhou on Sept 18 and met with the city's government officials.

Fuzhou will increase communication and cooperation with countries such as Singapore, which are along the route of the Maritime Silk Road, said Yang Yimin, mayor of Fuzhou.

Singapore is pushing for industrial transformation, upgrading and restructuring, and hopes to enhance collaboration with Fuzhou, said Grace Fu Hai Yien, a Minister in the Prime Minister's Office.
