Abstract: This paper gives a clear illustration of the status quo of China’s natural resources and environmental constraints, and analyzes the relationship between recycling of waste resources and resource conservation and environmental improvement. Based on these facts, the paper discusses, in a quantitative manner, the impact of waste resources recycling on resource substitution, emission reduction and production demand, and further forecasts the future performance of such an impact.
