Gu Shuzhong, Vice-director-general of the Research Institute of Resources and Environment Policies of DRC, met with Sudipto Sarkar, World Bank Water Sector Practice Leader for the East Asia and Pacific region, on April 27. They exchanged views on the upcoming conference on water management in China to be held on May 24.
