Lu Wei, Director-General of the Techno-economic Research Dept of DRC, spoke on “Development and Innovation Modes with Chinese Characteristics” at the Tenth Technological Innovation and City Management Forum at the China Hall of Science and Technology on May 21. Several other experts in attendance also spoke on innovation with Chinese characteristics and asymmetrical development strategies.
