On Jan 7, Ma Mingjie, Deputy Director-General of the Research Department of Techno-Economy, the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC) attended the Wenjin Roundtable Forum and delivered a speech on Boom of Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Related Policies.
