DRC Vice-Minister meets with MPI Deputy Director General

Han Jun, a vice-minister at the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with Roger Smith, deputy-director-general of Ministry for Primary Industries (PMI), New Zealand and its delegation on Sep 11, in Beijing. DRC's Li Ming and Zhang Hongfei took part in the meeting.
