Abstract:
The paper makes a systemic review of the basic principles and specific practices concerning the administration of the consumer creditworthiness investigation service sector in the United States, analyzes as a priority how the rights and interests of consumers are protected while developing the creditworthiness information investigation service sector in the States, and makes relevant proposals concerning how to strengthen and improve the administration of the consumer creditworthiness investigation service in the course of developing social credit system in China.
