A regulation should be made to clarify the management system and principles, especially those indiscriminate agencies and functions between asset management agencies and financial-macro management agencies, and to correct or prevent chaos in management. It is necessary to speed up the drafting of management regulations on central government administrative assets. The establishment of appropriate budget fund and accounting format is a necessary matching measure.?
