Oxford professor visits
Lu Wei, director-general of the Department of Techno-economic Research of the Development Research Center of the State Council, held a meeting with Prof Fu Xiaolan, founding director of the Technology and Management for Development (TMD) Centre of?Oxford University, on Sept 23.
Fu introduced her research on innovation policies, and they exchanged ideas on scientific and technological innovation, China's innovation problems, and the policies needed for innovation.
