Research in Hebei on reducing overcapacity

A research group from the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), headed by former DRC vice-minister?Hou Yunchun made a field study trip to Shijiazhuang, Handan and Tangshan in Hebei province from Sept 22-25, with a focus on research on reducing overcapacity. Zhao Changwen, director-general of the Enterprise Research Institute of the DRC, coordinated the research.
Li Zhaoxi, Fan Baoqun, Qi Changdong, Xu Zhaoyuan, Zhou Jianqi, Lai Youwei, and Jia Tao, research fellows at the DRC, took part in the trip.
