Finland and US extend PPH to PCT work

The USPTO has extended its Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) agreement with Finland’s National Board of Patents and Registration (NBPR) to include PCT applications. The Office’s agreement with the NBPR, which began on July 6, 2009, has so far been limited to search and examination results under the Paris Convention.
