Penalties for acts disturbing the order and normal operation of public transportation

Acts of disturbing the order of buses, trolleybuses, trains, ships, aircrafts and other means of public transportation are illegal acts against the administration of public security and shall be penalized. According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, any person who commits the acts of disturbing the order of buses, trolleybuses, trains, ships, aircrafts and other means of public transportation shall be given a warning or imposed on a fine of not more than 200 Yuan; if the circumstances are serious, a detention of not less than five days but not more than ten days will be imposed on, and in addition a fine of not more than 500 Yuan may be imposed on.

According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, any person who commits the acts of illegally stopping or forcibly getting on motor vehicles, ships, aircrafts and other means of public transportation, and thus impairing the normal operation of the means of public transportation, shall be given a warning or imposed on a fine of not more than 200 Yuan; if the circumstances are serious, a detention of not less than five days but not more than ten days will be imposed on, and in addition a fine of not more than 500 Yuan may be imposed on.
