The persons from whom the concerned parties can claim damages for severe injuries or major property damage caused by road traffic accidents

If road traffic accidents cause severe injuries or major property damage to foreigners, a crime of causing traffic casualties is constituted by violating Criminal Law, and the person causing the traffic accident shall be subject to criminal liability, the foreigners can claim damages from the person causing the traffic accident as well as the following individuals or groups based on the actual situation, including tortfeasors (including joint tortfeasors) and obligors to compensation (employers, vehicle owners, administrators, heirs, insurance company).
