Scope of trademarks under protection of the Trademark Law

Registered trademarks are those that have been approved and registered by the Trademark Office, including commodity trademarks, service trademarks, collective marks and certification marks. Where the holder of a trademark that is well-known to the relevant public believes that his right is being infringed, he may claim for the protection of the well-known trademark in accordance with this law.
