Huangshan scenic spot held a 10,000-person mountain climbing competition on April 8. The event was themed "Beautiful Huangshan, Happy and Healthy".
The event has been held for eight consecutive years since 2005, attracting over 10,000 athletes and enthusiasts from more than 40 countries and regions. The climbing route, about 16 kilometers, starts from the south gate of Mt Huangshan, through Cloud Temple and Goose Ridge, to Beihai Square.
