Jilin Aodong Medicine Industry Group welcomed the overseas Chinese media group on May 27 and impressed reporters with its modern pharmaceutical technology.

The company, located at Yanji, capital of Yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture, Jilin province, is a national high technological enterprise that produces minority products.

The company has integrated research and development, production and business, and has internationally advanced detection devices and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standard workshops.

According to Zheng Changwei, a supervisor at the company, explained that the main products are medicines to prevent cancer and to improve human immunity.

The price of these medicines is lower than imported ones and many patients can afford them.
