Posh Spice tops Blackwell worst-dressed

Arngrim was named tenth on Mr. Blackwell's 48th annual Worst-Dressed Women list, with the fashion critic saying "Little Nellie of the prairie, looks like a 1940's fashion editor for the Farmers Almanac."
He also released a Fabulous Fashion Independents list that includes Reese Witherspoon, Jemima Khan, Beyonce, Angelina Jolie, Helen Mirren, Nicole Kidman, Katie Holmes, Kate Middleton, Katherine Heigl and Cate Blanchett.
