Le Pre Lenotre at Sofitel Wanda Beijing hosts two-star Michelin chef Fabrice Vulin from La chevre d'Or restaurant in the eatery's namesake castle in the French Riviera's Eze village.
A five-course set menu costs 688 yuan a person, and a seven-course meal costs 1,088.
