The State of the Union（國情咨文）是美國政府的施政綱領，主要闡明美國每年面臨的國內外情況（condition of the nation），以及政府將要采取的政策措施。
當地時間1月28日晚上9點（北京時間29日上午10點），美國總統(tǒng)奧巴馬在國會發(fā)表年度國情咨文演講，以下為文字實錄：
