DOUBLE GOOD: DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc. said Tuesday that its third-quarter earnings doubled to $39.8 million, or 47 cents per share, thanks to overesas box office ticket sales to "Shrek Forever After."

3-D STRONG: About 60 percent of the sales were from 3-D screenings. With upcharges stable around $3.25 to $3.50 per ticket, audiences still appear to be enamored with the format.
