A source close to her ex husband Kevin Federline says there is still a chance the former back-up dancer will make a bid for more time with their children.
An insider told Us magazine: "It is very possible that you will see [Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan] seeking full custody for Kevin."

According to reports, Britney's family are also growing increasingly concerned about her skills as a mother.
One source said Sean Preston is "having dental problems because Britney just shoves a bottle of juice in his mouth all the time to stop him from crying."
Another adds that earlier this year, she "asked an L.A. dentist if he would whiten her kid's teeth!" The dentist refused her request.
Kaplan recently said his client is worried about the current state of affairs: "All of these things that come out [about Britney], if true, are things that would concern me... [Kevin's] desire is that these kids have a chance to grow up free, in as normal an environment as possible."
