Isaac Cohen has spoken out about his relationship with Britney Spears, alluding to the star's low self-esteem.
Cohen told the News Of The World that Britney was constantly asking him for reassurance over her figure, and was convinced she was "too fat".
"Like any woman who has had two children she worried about her figure," he said. "As far as I was concerned she was gorgeous, but she had such low self-esteem she sometimes wouldn't listen. She would say, 'Am I fat? Am I fat?' then spend hours dancing around the house trying to burn off calories."
Cohen added that her problems did not end with her image, revealing that her state of mind was sometimes so bad that she would move past her looks: "Other times she got so low she didn't care what she looked like," he recalled.
