Hollywood star Uma Thruman is planning to quit acting to raise her two children.

The 36-year-old KILL BILL star wants to dedicate all her time to MAYA, eight and ROAN, five - her kids with ex-husband ETHAN HAWKE.

Thurman says, "I love acting, truly it is the first love of my life. But I am thinking about becoming a stay-at-home mom."

The actress also insists she isn't looking for a husband to help her - despite her on-off relationship with hotelier ANDRE BALASZ.

She says, "I'm not getting married.

"For any human a partner that you trust is invaluable and the partners that I trust most are my children."
