Hollywood actor Brad Pitt was thrilled with his role in new film Babel--because for once he wasn't the sole focus of the movie.

Pitt enjoyed not being under pressure to 'carry' Babel, because the team of actors on board was so strong.

The Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu film made its North American debut at the Toronto Film Festival this weekend.

Pitt says, "Being a part of an ensemble is always more fun, you don't have to carry the film.

"For me, I consider myself more a citizen of the world, and I have great pride as I sit up here with all the people from different cultures, and know that we all came together."
