Jay-Z recently took his longtime sweetheart to the Time Warner garage early in the morning and surprised her with the royal automobile, the New York Post reports.

According to inside reports the'Crazy In Love'singer was overwhelmed with happiness after her lover's romantic gesture and was left "speechless".
