Hollywood star Angelina Jolie has revealed that she uses punk music to inspire her before filming emotional sequences because it helps to get her adrenaline flowing.

The stunning star said that bands such as The Clash help her to produce a more explosive performance.

Jolie, who recently gave birth to baby girl Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt, revealed: "Sometimes before I film a scene, I'll sit in my trailer and listen to The Clash - they've always been my favourite band.

"I love punk rock because it's honest and there's a lot of feeling behind it.
