Boy's education strains family ties
A boy's education is the bone of contention between his father and his grandfather and has led to a strained relationship in the family, reports Wuhan Morning Post. Xiao Zhi, a middle school student in Wuhan, Hubei Province, failed to pass two examinations in the last semester; and was forced to write a self-criticism letter by his father. However, the boy's grandfather disagreed with the method and insists the child should be encouraged rather than repeatedly punished. |
