Discourage speculation

Comment on "One home, one dream" (China Daily, Oct 9)
It is fair to say one home for one family. This would bring the prices of houses down so that more people can afford to have houses of their own.
Government must discourage if not eradicate speculation which ultimately only benefits the rich. The call for, or efforts to better distribution of wealth cannot be realised if there is no control.
