Part of the scroll of "Dayue Tu, Emperor Qianlong's Review of the Grand Parade of Troops" is shown at a preview by auction house Sotheby's in Hong Kong August 26, 2008, ahead of its Autumn sale in October. The scroll, ranks among the most ambitious and impressive works of imperial propaganda ever produced and all the resources of the imperial painting workshops were mobilised in view of its production, is expected to fetch in excess of $10 million.
