Howling winds hit Beijing

A man
and a woman ride with difficulty in downtown Beijing Saturday as heavy
winds measured 5 or 6 degrees whipped the city, marking the end of a warm
fall. Experts said the temperature will go down by 7 or 10 Celsius in
