Smoke billows from a chemical plant after two silos storing hydrogen peroxide
exploded in Shanghai, in east China, July 28, 2006. An explosion and fire ripped
through a plant belonging to the Shanghai Yuanda Peroxide Co. Ltd., seriously
injuring at least four people and throwing up thick smoke across the Baoshan
