18, 2006. The booming province is cautious as the water level has been
surpassing the three-meter limit as Typhoon Bilis continues to rage in south
east China. Forty-four dead in the rainstorms triggered by the tropical storm
and the direct economic losses surge to six billion Yuan (US$750 million).
