10. "Pure Elegance: A Special Exhibition of Ru Ware in the Palace Museum"

As one of the major exhibitions celebrating the Palace Museum's 90th anniversary, three masterpieces of the Ru kiln were borrowed from the British Museum to showcase the elegance of Ru porcelain.

In addition, British museums, galleries and theatres are involved in a project to send art treasures and Shakespearian theatre productions to China as part of the China-UK Year of Cultural Exchange.

The British Museum has a touring show, "The History of the World in 100 Objects", which has already been exhibited in Dubai. It will go on show in Kobe, Japan before heading for China.
