Zhang Ziyi, the most familiar Oscar face

With outstanding performances in films such as Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Rush Hour 2 and Memoirs of a Geisha, Chinese actress Zhang Ziyi has expended her career to the overseas market earning great popularity in Hollywood. Since the film Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon won the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film at the 71st Academy Awards in 2001, she has had three other close calls with the Oscar: in 2005 and 2006 as a presenter and again in 2007. "International Zhang" is well versed to attract eyes and inspire discussion such as the memorable dress she wore while walking down the red carpet.
