 Quanjude's Qianmen branch promotes its Valentine's Day special menu, with a healthy take of duck dishes. A duck claw and giblet dish has edible chrysanthemum, jasmine and walnut kernels in it. A mushroom and sea cucumber soup doesn't just have chrysanthemum, but also a variety of fungus. "Tea flavored eight treasures" has iron guanyin oolong tea as a base soup, and beautifully shaped white fungus, lily bulbs, bamboo mushroom, and tender cabbage.
