The life of Zhou Tao, a 13-year-old boy in Suichuan county, Jiangxi province, has changed beyond recognition after he was severely burnt in a fire in March. Although spared death, he has to wear a mask every day to prevent bacterial infection. Zhou insists on returning to school in September even though he is still recovering from his injuries. His teacher said Zhou is still as optimistic as he used to be and his classmates treat him no differently.
