Shaiqiu, or Autumn drying, refers to the practice of drying the autumn harvest in the sun. It is commonly seen in Wuyuan, an area noted for its pastoral beauty in Jiangxi province. This year, shaiqiu takes on a new form to celebrate the National Day.
