BEIJING - Chinese Vice-Premier Liu Yandong will pay official visits to Israel and Croatia from May 18 to 26, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman announced on Wednesday.
At the invitation of the government of the state of Israel, Liu will also attend the first Israel Innovation Conference, spokeswoman Hua Chunying said at a daily news briefing.
Liu's visit to Croatia is at the invitation of Croatia's First Vice-Prime Minister Vesna Pusic, who is also the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs, Hua said.
