Large Medium SmallLeading Chinese private equity firm China Science and Merchants Capital Management Ltd will invest more than 11.2 billion yuan ($1.76 billion) in at least 300 companies this year, the company chairman said on Friday.
"Private equity investors can focus on improving value-added services, making rational investments, enhancing corporate management, upgrading their businesses and readjusting their strategies," said Shan Xiangshuang.
He was attending the China Capital Innovation Forum held by Zhongguancun Private Equity and Venture Capital Association.
