BEIJING - Chinese President Hu Jintao met Friday with top US negotiators attending the latest round of high-level dialogues between China and the United States.
The US officials include Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, special representatives of US President Barack Obama.
