Xindu starts IPO roadshow

The Initial Public Offering and online roadshow of the Xindu Chemical Co., Ltd in Sichuan Province for listing in the small and medium-sized boards was held in the Chengdu High-tech Zone on Wednesday. Xindu Chemical Co., Ltd is the only firm with complete industrial resource chain in the country’s complex chemical fertilizer industry.
The company plans to issue 4.2 million shares, representing 25.37 percent of the total share capital after the release. The funds raised will be fully invested in its annual 600,000-ton nitro compound, 100,000-ton sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite project. The Chengdu High-tech Zone has the country’s fifth road show center.
