Difficulty in Sino-US relations not caused by China

BEIJING - Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi said Sunday that the responsibility for the current difficulty in Sino-US relations does not lie with China.
Yang made the remarks at a press conference on the sidelines of the annual session of the National People's Congress (NPC), the country's top legislature.
