Too much product placement in Chunwan 

Cui Yongyuan, well-known TV anchor and member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), said product placement in the CCTV Spring Festival Gala (aka Chunwan) was a total failure.

Although he didn't oppose product placement per se, Cui said they were so overly done during the gala that it was in effect forced upon the audience.
