Shenzhen 5th most crowded city in the world

The city of Shenzhen is the fifth most crowded city in the world, trailing India's Mumbai and Calcutta, Pakistan's Karachi and Nigeria's Lagos, according to a list compiled by Forbes magazine, chinanews.com.cn reported today.
Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Taipei are the other four Chinese cities making into the list, which rated the top 20 most crowded cities in the world in terms of population density.
Shenzhen ranks first in China, with a population density of 17,150 people per square kilometer, while Mumbai takes the lead worldwide, with a population density of 29,650 people per square kilometer.
